“Great read especially for those who were in AT&T Long Lines during the years that Dan Stark describes. The good part is that he gives names and a concise background on particular deals. He does a good job of highlighting how access charges were the Achilles heel for AT&T. Sad to think how many jobs were lost and the lives changed by repeated bad decisions at critical times around 2000.”
